Industry Technology Demonstrations Guidelines
The following guidelines provide information for those commercial
organizations and individuals selected to conduct an Industry Technology
Demonstration (ITD) during the 2003 Army DOIM Conference.
Administrative Guidelines
Please check-in at the DOIM Conference Onsite Office at
the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel. You will need to pick-up
your name badges at that time. All individuals supporting the ITDs
must be registered as exhibitors.
The ITDs are scheduled for Tuesday, 24 June 2003 from 1300 until
1700. ITD exhibitors may set up from 0800 to 1230, Tuesday, 24 June
2003.
The ITDs will run concurrently in separate meeting rooms (TBD).
Conference attendees will be encouraged to move freely between sessions.
The start times are scheduled for 1300, 1400, 1500 and 1600.
Each demonstration period shall not exceed 45 minutes.
The actual demonstration should be structured to include:
• Introductory Briefing
• Demonstration of the Technology
• Q & A Opportunity
The $700.00 fee for conducting the Industry Technology Demonstration
will include:
• One skirted table
• One Microphone
• One Electrical Outlet
• Classroom or Theater Setup
All additional requirements are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor
providing the demonstration.
