Joint Projects
No subletting or sharing of booth space is allowed without written permission of conference management. In the event that you plan to participate in a joint project, consortium agreement, or require support personnel from another organization in your exhibit space, please submit a written request of your intent with your registration form. Should your application be approved, written acknowledgment will be returned with our exhibit confirmation.

The responsible organization/company will be required to assume exhibit management responsibility along with full liability for all others participating in the project. All advertising, signage, literature, and other items displayed and/or distributed in the booth must refer to the joint project rather than to individual support organizations. Name badges will be listed under the "Joint Project" booth title; no individual organization names will be printed on badges. Giveaways should be identified with the joint project and not individual organizations; however, pointers will be allowed to organizations also registered as exhibitors. Non-compliance with these rules may result in loss of exhibit space, display modification and/or limited future participation.
