Which entitles you to the following:

and Meal Breaks.

2003 Army DOIM Conference Program.

Industry
Technology Demonstrations
Each exhibitor will have the opportunity to submit an application
to present an Industry Technology Demonstration for a $700.00 fee.
Certain rules apply:
- Limited space available
- Limited to one demonstration per company/organization
- Demonstration needs to embody the conference's philosophy of
Promoting IT Excellence
- Demonstration needs to embody the conference's theme: "TBA"
- Limited to companies participating in the exhibition

Exhibition
Grand Opening Cocktail Reception
The Welcoming Cocktail Reception and official Exhibition
Grand Opening will be held on Monday, 23 June 2003 from 1800 to
2100. Buffet tables and cash bars will be placed throughout the
exhibit hall to encourage participants to move through the exhibits.
Hospitality
Suites/Social Events
Hospitality Suites must be coordinated through the hotel.
You may contact them directly. On-site promotions are restricted
to the assigned booth areas. Hospitality events will be advertised
according to the Exhibition Guidelines provided in the exhibitor
kit, which will be mailed to registered exhibitors once all fees
have been paid.
Exhibitors agree not to schedule or conduct any outside
activities including, but not limited to reception seminars that
are in conflict with the official schedule published in the conference
program book. Exhibitors will submit to exhibit management thirty
(30) days prior to the conference any program the exhibit intends
to hold at or in conjunction with the show for written approval
as to time, place and type of program.

Joint
Projects
No subletting or sharing of booth space is allowed without
written permission of conference management. In the event that you
plan to participate in a joint project, consortium agreement, or
require support personnel from another organization in your exhibit
space, please submit a written request of your intent with your
registration form. Should your application be approved, written
acknowledgment will be returned with our exhibit confirmation.
The responsible organization/company will be required
to assume exhibit management responsibility along with full liability
for all others participating in the project. All advertising, signage,
literature, and other items displayed and/or distributed in the
booth must refer to the joint project rather than to individual
support organizations. Name badges will be listed under the "Joint
Project" booth title; no individual organization names will
be printed on badges. Giveaways should be identified with the joint
project and not individual organizations; however, pointers will
be allowed to organizations also registered as exhibitors. Non-compliance
with these rules may result in loss of exhibit space, display modification
and/or limited future participation.

Exhibit
Hall Information
Entrance: The show is not open to the general
public. Entrance to the exhibit hall will be allowed with an exhibitor
or attendee badge only, as appropriate.
Staffing: Exhibit
booths must be staffed at all times during show hours. Unattended
displays (i.e. magazine distribution) are restricted to non-equipment
displays and must be pre-approved.
Security: There
will be 24 hour security in the exhibit hall throughout the duration
of the conference. Exhibitors must secure, at their own expense,
appropriate liability/loss insurance and provide reasonable security
for equipment and displays at all times. Exhibitors will not be
allowed to take any equipment or display items from the exhibit
hall at any time without written permission and escort. The 2003
Army DOIM Conference and its affiliates will not be held responsible
for the loss, theft, or damage of exhibitor-supplied equipment during
any part of the show.

Refund
Policy
No refunds will be given for cancellations of booth space(s).
If there are mitigating circumstances, submit your request in writing
and it will be reviewed by the Exhibitor Staff for a possible refund.
Substitutions and Changes:
Name badges are assigned to specific individuals and may not be
shared during the show. Substitutions for exhibit personnel unable
to attend will be allowed until 31 March 2003. NO SUBSTITUTIONS
WILL BE ALLOWED FOR COMPLIMENTARY PASSES.
Setup Passes: Setup
passes will be provided at no charge to employees of exhibit space
or show decorators hired by your organization to assist in the construction
and dismantling of your exhibit. Setup passes will be valid for
setup and tear-down days only. Requests must be made utilizing the
"Setup Pass Request" form provided in the Exhibitor kit.
Setup passes are not needed for registered Booth Personnel.

Exhibitor
Marketing and Promotion Instructions
Exhibitors must submit a description of the nature of
the exhibitor's business and type of products to be displayed and/or
demonstrated at the conference. This is intended to be a description
of what the attendees can expect to see at your booth, not a general
company overview. Descriptions must be specific. You may not change
the product(s) described unless a written request is approved by
the Conference Staff, no later than 1 April 2003. Your description
will be printed in conference handouts and also displayed on our
website.
Participant Lists:
Complimentary 2003 Army DOIM Attendee lists will be available AFTER
the conference. Attendee lists will be e-mailed to Exhibit Managers.
Additionally, the 2002 Army DOIM list of conference participants
will be available on the 2003 Army DOIM website. Lists will include
only the names of attendees requesting inclusion.

Exhibitor Giveaways:
Gifts and giveaways must be professional in nature and should be
restricted to your booth areas. Show management reserves the right
to review giveaways and issue cease and desist orders for items
that are not tasteful. A bulletin board will be provided near the
show entrance to post announcements and drawing winners, if desired.
In keeping with the professional nature of the show, exhibitor giveaway
announcements over the public address system will not be allowed.
Emergency Messages/Faxes:
A message board will be provided near the exhibit hall entrance
for exhibitors to post messages. The conference administration will
receive and post messages to exhibitors on this board throughout
the week until the close of the show.
Shipping/Receiving of Equipment:
GES Exposition Services will receive and store crates, boxes, and
skidded materials up to 30 days prior to show setup. These items
will be delivered to your booth prior to show setup. Materials should
be shipped to arrive at the GES warehouse no earlier than Friday,
12 April 2003. For additional instructions, please refer to the
form provided in your Exhibitor kit.

All exhibit setups must be completed by 1500 on Monday.
No exceptions will be granted.
Exhibitor Booth Teardown:

Exhibitor Registration and
Check-In: Exhibitor Registration and check-in will be open
Saturday, 21 June from 0800 - 1700, Sunday 22 June from 0800 - 1700
and Monday, 23 June 0800 - 1700. The exhibit manager or designated
on-site representative must check-in at the 2003 Army DOIM Conference
Registration counter by 1700 on Monday, 23 June 2003. Exhibitor
materials, to include: printed materials, evaluation forms, and
other information will be provided upon check-in. Managers unable
to check-in on Monday should make prior arrangements with show management
prior to 1600 on Tuesday 17 June 2003. Unless prior arrangements
are made, space not occupied on Monday, 23 June will be forfeited
by the exhibitor and may be resold, reassigned, or otherwise used
by show management without any refund to the exhibitor.

Other
Governing Rules and Regulations
All correspondence concerning the show will be sent to
the Exhibit Manager designated on the Exhibitor Registration Form.
For the protection of the exhibitor, changes in the designated Exhibit
Manager will only be accepted in writing.
It is the sole responsibility of each exhibitor to
coordinate with service providers for any requirements beyond the
booth setup and administrative support. A Point of Contact listing
will be provided in the exhibitor kit which will be mailed to all
registered exhibitors once all registration fees have been paid.
Exhibitors must comply with all display and show
rules and regulations, as outlined here and in the exhibitor kit.
Exhibitors must comply with all fire laws, electrical codes, rules
& regulations, codes, statutes, or ordinances as appropriate
with respect to installation, conduct, and disassembly of exhibits.
Conference management reserves the right to require design modification
of sets not in compliance at exhibitor expense. Additionally, conference
management reserves the right to cancel any exhibit space at any
time for misrepresentation of products to be displayed or for noncompliance
with any of the rules set forth herewith.
In accordance with the terms, conditions, and regulations
governing exhibits, signature of the organization representative
on the application form represents application for space and agreement
to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this agreement
or as specifically designated by trade show management. Said applicant
must be authorized by the organization he or she represent to sign
this agreement. Said application, once accepted and space is confirmed
by the 2003 Army DOIM Conference, becomes a contract. Failure to
abide by show rules and regulations results in forfeiture of all
monies paid under terms of this agreement.
