Exhibitor Check-In
-
Only exhibit managers must check in
to receive exhibitor materials in the Centennial Foyer.
The hours are:
1300-1700 Saturday, 21 June
0800-1700 Sunday, 22 June through Thursday, 26 June

If the exhibit manager notifies the Conference Staff that he/she
is unable to check-in, a pre-designated on-site representative
may do so in his/her absence.

Unexpected delays should be directed to the Conference Administrative
Office.

All Booth Personnel must check in at the 2003 Army DOIM
Conference Registration Counter located in the Centennial Foyer
to pick-up their badges and conference materials. Booth Personnel
cannot access exhibit halls without their badge.
Security

24-hour security in exhibit halls

Exhibitors must secure displays and
equipment at their own expense and have
appropriate liability/loss insurance during
all times throughout the duration of the
conference.

The 2003 Army DOIM Conference and its
affiliates will not be held responsible for
the loss, theft, or damage of exhibitor
supplied displays/equipment throughout the
duration of the conference.

Lodging

Each exhibitor is responsible for making his/her own hotel
room reservation through the appropriate reservation numbers.

Conference room blocks are reserved in the Hyatt Regency, Atlanta.

When making a reservation identify yourself as a "commercial
delegate" at the 2003 Army DOIM Conference.

The hotel rate is $112.00 for single, $133.00 for
double occupancy *plus tax.

All reservations must be made by 01 June 2003. After this
date rooms and rates will be subject to availability.

In order to maintain the integrity and
decorum of the 2003 Army DOIM Conference, we
insist that all exhibits, ITDs, and
particularly hospitality functions are
conducted with respect for the professional
and ethical atmosphere inherent in a
successful Department of the Army
Conference.

All hospitality functions are to be
scheduled outside scheduled conference
events.

The 2003 Army DOIM Conference will not advertise individual
exhibitor events.

Exhibitors may advertise hospitality
events according to hotel regulations,
contact the hotel for the regulations.

Attendees at every level have expressed a degree of discomfort
arising from extravagant and overly flamboyant hospitality functions.
We do not intend to set strict guidelines or in any way make
the conference's evening functions "boring." However, your cooperation
and adherence to this request will go a long way toward preserving
the distinction of the 2003 Army DOIM Conference as one of the
top professional IT conferences worldwide.
