Decorating Service Provider
Exhibitor Kit

The kit includes: GES forms, 2003 Army DOIM Conference Exhibitor
forms covering exhibitor rules/regulations, booth personnel
registration, complimentary booth personnel registration, booth
set-up pass requests, and a point of contact listing.
Booth Configurations

Booth pipe & drape

Identification sign with your company name & booth number.

Two complimentary personnel registrations per 10'x10'

The color scheme for 2003 Army DOIM Conference will be red,
white, & blue

Demonstration
Area
-
Demonstration area is within exhibitor booth space.
-
Demonstration tables must be placed a minimum of 2 feet back
from aisle.

Conference management reserves the right to adjust booth layout
if samples/spectators interfere with traffic flow in aisle and
neighboring booths. In an extreme case conference management
may close the exhibit.

Exhibitors must police their own booth to keep noise levels/sound
systems at a minimum during demonstrations so as to not interfere
with other exhibitors.

Use of sound systems and/or equipment producing sound is an
exception to the rule, not a right.

Conference management reserves the right to determine at what
point sound constitutes interference with others and must be
discontinued.

All equipment, banners, displays, and signs must not extend
above the height limitation of exhibitor's booth, which is 10
ft for linear booths and 13 ft for island booths.
