What does
the booth registration fee include?
The registration fee covers registration to all Exhibitor Activities
at the DOIM conference, all meal functions provided for Exhibitors,
registration materials, and entrance into the exhibit halls.
Please note that the format for the Army’s DOIM Conference
and the Exhibitors has changed this year in that Exhibitors are
not automatically inclusive to conference attendees. Industry participants
may be excluded at the discretion of the Government.

No, companies wishing to exhibit will not be able to register on-line,

the dress code for the Exhibitors for the conference?
The dress code will be:
Civilian: Business Casual (open collar, sports jacket)

is the refund policy for booth space?
Refund Policy: Once
registered, no cancellations will be accepted. However, under mitigating
circumstances, your case will be reviewed for a possible refund.

How do
I arrange shipping and receiving of exhibit materials?
Due to heightened security, all materials must be shipped to and
stored at GES Exposition Services prior to the conference, no exceptions.
GES Exposition Services will receive and store crates, boxes, and
skid materials up to 30 days prior to show setup. These items will
be delivered to your booth space prior to show setup. Materials
are to be shipped to arrive at the GES warehouse no earlier than
12 April 2003. For additional instructions, please refer to the
form provided in your exhibitor kit.

We expect at least 1,600 government, military
and industry/corporate personnel.
